So you fancy studying abroad?

Well you’ve come to a pretty good place to start. Finding the right degree in the right country takes a lot of time and research so we don’t blame you that you’re searching all over the place for some help.

The Student World is here to join you on your journey to discover the opportunities overseas. Our website is full of info on the things to consider, why you should or shouldn’t do it and we also organise some pretty nifty study abroad events where you can meet international universities face to face.

We won’t hold you up – there’s a lot to look into.

About The Student World

Our aim is to provide support for UK students, parents, teachers and advisors seeking to learn more about studying abroad. Of the 3.6 Million students that study outside of their home country a mere 0.6% are from the UK. We asked ourselves and experts in international Higher Education why this is the case and the answer is simple, there are too many unanswered questions and concerns. Therefore, we seek to provide answers on our website and at school events. But most importantly we bring UK students face-to-face with university representatives from around the world at The Student World Fairs. That way you can get your personal questions answered and get the support you need.

Spring Edition 2013

Check out our newest edition of SWIM our Student World Interactive Magazine. This nifty little publication will give you an insight about studying abroad.

We feature different countries, have interesting articles about how to go about study abroad and some interactive university profiles that make it easier and a bit more fun to learn more about some great universities around the world.
